Are you tired of the repetitive lists of the best beaches in Thailand? We too, that’s why we have designed it exclusively for adventurers and lovers of nature in its purest form like you. There are many beaches that you can find in Thailand, but the 5 best beaches in Thailand are not as well-known or as visited, here we leave you our top 5.
Koh Kham (opposite Koh Mak)
You can still enjoy this paradise without people; เกาะขาม is located in front of Koh Mak, within the trat islands.
How to get there: from Koh chang by speedboat or from Koh Mak, for the more adventurous you can go canoeing from Koh Mak.
Where to sleep: This is a very small island that currently has no infrastructure except for a beach bar and several hammocks and swings. We advise you to stay in Koh Mak just opposite.
Bulow Beach or Karma Beach (Koh Lipe)
Without a doubt our number 1, this island (koh Lipe) is known as the Maldives of Thailand. Here you will find a lot of marine life, coral still alive on the beach, a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful accommodations, these photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place but we do not have many unfortunately.
How to get there: From Bangkok the best option is to fly to Hat Yai airport, the same flight company organizes all the transfer to the island. Flights Bangkok – Hat Yai
Where to sleep: We recommend this Mountain Resort Koh Lipe site, it has spectacular views and is located in a quiet area close to everything.
Ao Kuerk Bucht (Koh Similan)
A spectacular beach, with pure crystalline waters and super bright white sand, the rock formations give it a special touch that makes this beach an even more idyllic place if possible, the only thing is that many tourists usually visit it during certain hours of the day for what the number of boats and tourists spoil the idyllic of the place. We advise you to spend a night or two on these islands to have a more authentic experience and to better enjoy their beaches.
How to get there: It can be visited from Khao Lak or from Phuket on a day tour.
Where to sleep: To spend the night on these islands you have to arrange a tour of several days from Khao lak or Phuket, the accommodations are simple wooden cabins without great luxuries.

Koh Tachai
A paradise in danger, one of the best places, if not the best in Thailand, to practice scuba diving, due to the sighting of many and very diverse marine life such as whale sharks. Unfortunately for us travelers and fortunately for the biodiversity of the place, this island has been temporarily closed.
How to get there: Tours can be hired from Khao Lak, but since 2016 the island has been temporarily closed to tourism.
Koh NangYuan (opposite Koh Tao)
Ok, this beach can be on some other list too but it is not for less, it is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand.
How to get there: From Koh Tao you can hire a tour or a speedboat.
Where to sleep: We advise you to stay on Koh Tao and visit this island during the day, but if you want to spend a night here we recommend Nangyuan Island Dive Resort.
